Consolidation/Deconsolidation

We can receive EDI downloads of ASN and manifest information prior to vessel arrivals. In conjunction with supplied allocation information, we are prepared to unload and distribute by P.O. and SKU, your freight to multiple destinations. In addition, we can receive domestic cargoes and fully integrate that freight with the deconsolidation and loadout process. This is all done in volume quantities, with transparency to you, complete accuracy, and within a time frame that meets deadlines and tab ads

Value-Added Services

If you need your freight quality-inspected, re-ticketed or re-labeled we have all the software and labor to ensure your freight arrives at destination as you expected. We are equipped for spot labor or full staff projects to re-package or to perform new quantity separations. If your master carton needs to be opened, be assured we will protect the integrity of your product. Feel confident that you are in good hands as your product speeds to destination.

Order Fulfillment

Customer-direct orders or internet orders can be handled as smoothly as full truckload orders. We have Fedex and UPS machinery at all warehouse locations to process those small shipment or single unit shipments. Whether a truckload, a pallet or a single carton, we don't miss a beat. Count on us for your full range of shipment needs.

Kitting

We are experienced in setting up efficient assembly operations for the integration of various products into single items. If its nested luggage, assembled gift baskets, or piggybacked product sets, we are knowledgeable about assembly efficiencies.

DC Bypass

It takes more than just the normal shipment process to perform the work of the deconsolidator and the distribution center. For the large volume seasonal merchandise, or the overdimensional and non-conveyable merchandise, we have the software and operations systems to perform both functions.
