The 70,000 square foot public warehouse dedicates itself to handling industrial products. It has 15 truck dock positions and 4 railcar spots where it is served by the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroads. It is fully sprinklered and is proximate to the I-5 and I-710 freeways.
