California Cartage Company

Retail Services   Value Added Services

In the last decade the retail industry has emerged as a dominant force in the importation of goods from overseas. The Cal Cartage companies have kept pace with that freight surge. We offer drayage, deconsolidation, web tracking, warehousing, and specialized value added services to the retail industry. For vendors, we are fully compliant with the EDI standards required by the major retailers. On both coasts, Cal Cartage can integrate your cargo into the supply chain.

Each of the warehouse facilities has the capability of doing masterpack break services. Included would be re-ticketing, re-tagging, bagging, re-packaging, product consolidations, pick-pack, and labeling. All of these services are performed efficiently and with strict computer accountability.

Warehousing   Information Services

The Cal Cartage companies have over 3 million sq. ft. of warehouse space strategically located at major port, border, and transit areas across the nation. We operate warehouses for public services as well as privately as an outsourced provider. Whether it be loose cartons, pallets, or slipsheets; drums, bundles, or rolls, we handle it safely and quickly.

We offer web enabled and state of the art information sharing technology to make your transportation movements, inventory, and freight handling, very transparent.
